Event General Questions:

What is the COVID-19 protocol at the event?

  • We recommend that you are vaccinated and/or test negative for Covid within 72 hours prior to attending the event. 
  • If you are feeling sick, please stay home. If you get sick before or during the event, please let one of our staff know right away.
  • If you have pre-existing conditions or are at greater risk of serious illness, please consult with your doctor before coming.
  • Per current CDC and Texas Department of Health and Human Services orders, we will not be requiring masks to be worn at the event, although you are welcome to wear one if you prefer. We also will not require vaccination to attend the event. The Hyatt Regency Austin hotel has enhanced cleanliness and well-being measures, which you can learn more about here: Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment.

Please note: Our Covid policy is subject to change based on CDC and Texas Department of Health and Human Services orders or based on requirements by the hotel.

What is the event schedule going to look like? Registration will begin at 2:00pm on Thursday, Dec 9th and continue again at 8:00am Friday morning, Dec 10th. Main sessions will start at 9:00am sharp and end around 5:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Sponsored Social off-site activities will take place on Friday and Saturday nights from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. We do reserve the right to modify the agenda at any time.

Does the hotel offer free parking? No, self parking at the hotel is $20 per day (for WebinarCon attendees only).

Are pets allowed in the event? Only registered service animals are allowed at the event.

Will any meals be provided with my event ticket? Beverage service, snacks and lunches will be offered to all event guests each day. Please let us know if you have any serious dietary restrictions by emailing christy@webinarcon.com.

Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event? No, recording or live streaming the event is strictly prohibited. We do encourage you to take pictures!

Do you make special accommodations for those with physical disabilities? Yes, please reach out to christy@webinarcon.com with any accommodation requests.
