PARKING: Overnight self parking is available at $37 per day, and overnight valet parking is $46 per day with in and out privileges.

Event General Questions:

  • What is the COVID-19 protocol at the event?  Per current CDC and Texas Department of Health and Human Services orders, we will not be requiring masks to be worn at the event, although you are welcome to wear one if you prefer. We also will not require vaccination to attend the event. 
  • What is the event schedule going to look like?  Registration will begin at 2:00pm on Thursday, Nov 17th and continue again at 8:00am Friday morning, Nov 18th. Main sessions will start at 9:00am sharp and end around 5:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Sponsored Social off-site activities will take place on Friday and Saturday nights from 6:00pm to 9:00pm–locations TBA. We do reserve the right to modify the agenda at any time.
  • Does the hotel offer free parking?  No, self parking at the hotel is $37 per day with in/out privileges.
  • Are pets allowed in the event?  Only registered service animals are allowed at the event.
  • Will any meals be provided with my event ticket?  Beverage service, snacks and lunches will be offered to all event guests each day. Please let us know if you have any serious dietary restrictions by emailing christy@webinarcon.com.
  • Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?  No, recording or live streaming the event is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures!
  • Do you make special accommodations for those with physical disabilities?  Yes, please reach out to christy@webinarcon.com with any accommodation requests.
  • Can we post pictures from the event to social media? Yes! We encourage you post to social media as often as possible using #WebinarCon.
