What are the dates for the event?
Friday November 18th to Sunday November 20th in Austin, Texas. We’ll be starting early on Friday.
We recommend you arrive on Thursday November 17th to attend the Internet Marketing Party at 6:30pm with special guest Eben Pagan.
Also, the event lasts through 5pm on Sunday, so schedule around that so you don't miss anything.
Is there a hotel group discount rate?
Yes, you will be given the details right after purchasing your ticket.

Is there a livestream option I can purchase?
Being that many of our speakers will be revealing proprietary business strategies they prefer to not be shared online, we will not have a livestream option.
Can I bring my spouse, employee, or a guest?
Because of our VERY limited seating, each person must purchase a ticket to get into the event. The good news is, there is an option on the checkout page to get a second ticket for 50% off!
What is the COVID-19 protocol at the event?
- We recommend that you are either vaccinated and/or test negative for Covid within 72 hours prior to attending the event.
- If you are feeling sick, please stay home. If you get sick before or during the event, please let one of our staff know right away.
- If you have pre-existing conditions or are at greater risk of serious illness, please consult with your doctor before coming.
- Per current CDC and Texas Department of Health and Human Services orders, we will not be requiring masks to be worn at the event, although you are welcome to wear one if you prefer. We also will not require vaccination to attend the event.
Please note: Our Covid policy is subject to change based on CDC and Texas Department of Health and Human Services orders or based on requirements by the hotel.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
We’re confident that WebinarCon will go ahead as planned. However, in our “new normal” it’s impossible for us to guarantee that. So here’s our promise to you:
If WE have to cancel WebinarCon you’ll receive a 100% refund.
If YOU need to cancel your ticket you’ll be able to receive a full refund, so long as you cancel prior to 30 days before the event. Otherwise you can receive a credit towards the next event.
